and hereto annexed personally appeared before me in the District
aforesaid the said Charles A. McEven and Olivia C. McEven his wife
being personally well Known to us to be the persons who executed the
said Deed and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed
and the said Olivia C. McEven wife of Charles A. McEven aforesaid
being by me examined privily and apart from her husband and
having the deed aforesaid fully explained to her acknowledged the
same to be her act and deed and declared that she had willingly
signed sealed and delivered the same and that she wished not
to retract it.

             This Indenture made this Eleventh day of March
AD one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty five between Charles
W. Brush and Julia A. Van Ness the only surviving heirs at
law and devisees of Nehemiah Brush deceased parties of the first
part and Mars Irving of Alachua County and State of Maryland
party of the second part to the said parties of the
first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
parties of the first part do hereby grant bargain sell assign
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns all that certain piece or parcel of land Situate
and lying in Brush's addition to the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County and State of Florida and described as follows that is to say
Beginning for the same at the North East corner of Block
Twenty five or said addition and running thence Southerly
along the east line of said Block one hundred and fifty (150)
feet thence Westwardly parallel to the North line of said Block
one Hundred and fifty (150) feet. Thence Northerly one hundred
and fifty (150) feet to the north line of said Block and thence
Eastwardly along said North line one hundred and fifty
(150) feet to the place of beginning. being part of the Grant of
