             Articles of Agreement made and agreed upon
this 22 day of July 1885 between Charles P. Perry party of the
first part and George H. Cook party of the second part
First the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred dollars to him paid by the party of the second part at or
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and of the further sum of one Hundred & fifty
Dollars to be paid as hereinafter mentioned does hereby for himself
his heirs executors and administrators and every of them promise and
agree to and with the party of the second his heirs executors and
administrators and every that he the party of the first part his heirs
and assigns and all and every person or persons claiming or to claim any
right title or interest under him in or to the lands and premises hereinafter
mentioned shall and will at the proper costs and charges of the party of
the second part his heirs and assigns after and upon condition of the
prompt and full performance by the party of the second part of
all his agreements herein contained by such conveyances assurances, ways and
means in the law as the party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
reasonably require well and sufficiently grant sell release convey
and assure to the party of the second part and his heirs or to whom he
