Samuel T. Fleming decd lying and being in said State and County
and described as follows Fractional part of the North East
quarter of the North East quarter of the North West quarter of the
South West quarter of Township Eleven (11) Eleven S of Range (18) Eighteen
East containing one and one half acres more or less with the rights
numbers and appurtenances thereunto belonging after the said
piece or parcel of land was duly advertised in conformity to law the
same was put up and exposed to sale to the highest bidder at the
Court House at Gainesville in said County within the legal hours of
sale on, the first Monday in March last post by F.G. Banknight
Commissioner as aforesaid when said land was Knocked off to
Mrs Rosa D. Fleming at the price and Sum of One Thousand
Dollars she bring the highest and best bidder and whereas, the
Judge of the County Court in accordance with the Statute in
such case made and provided published notice of said sale citing all
persons interested to show cause if any they had at a time specified
in said Notice which time has transpired why said sale should not
be confirmed and no objection having been filed & the said Judge
having made the Order of Confirmation. Now for and in consideration of
of the said sum of One Thousand Dollars in hand paid to said F.
G. Banknight as Commissioner as aforesaid by the said Rosa
D. Fleming at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said F.G.
Banknight as Commissioner as aforesaid hath granted bargained
sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the
said Rosa D. Fleming her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
the said tract of land more particular described as the Fractional
part of the North East quarter of the North East quarter of the North
West quarter of the South East quarter of Section Seventeen (17) Township
Eleven (11) South of Range Eighteen (18) East bounded on the North and
East by the public Road on the North by the Darden land & G.M.
Blitch on the West and C.W. Banknight on the South contain=
=ing one and one half acres with all the rights members and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto her the said Rosa D. Fleming her heirs executors Administrators
and assigns to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever in fee simple. In Witness whereof the said F.G. Banknight
Commissioner as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal the day and year above written
