          Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on the 25th day of July AD 1885 by and between James D. Matheson
of the aforesaid County and State parties of the first part and
James R. Crawford party of the second part Witnesseth That
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and Forty Three & 35/100 Dollars ($143<>u>35) to them
cash in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
hereof the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents
grant bargain Sell convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all those
certain lots tracts or parcels of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and
known distinguished and described as follows to wit Subdivision
of Section Sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10) South of Range (20)
Twenty East particularly described as follows to wit That
portion of lots Three (3) & Four (4) the North half of lot (6) Six
and the North half of lot (7) Seven included between a line
running North and South 6.75 Six chains and Seventy Five
Links West of the East boundary of lots (3) Three and (7)
seven for East boundary and the old run of Sweet Water
Branch for a West Boundary The said Tracts is exclusive of
land in the Cemitary enclosure and of the tract purchased
by Percy F. Wilson from Mrs Veeder and also of a Strip of
land (30) Thirty feet wide South of said Wilson Tract and
containing by estimation (28.67) Twenty Eight & 67/100 Acres of
land more or less Together with all and Singular the rights
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
the above granted and described premises and every part
and part and parcel thereof with the said party of
the second part and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever. In testimony whereof we have hereunto
