Alachua County } Personally came before me J.D. Matheson and
Augusta S. Matheson his wife Each of whom acknowledged that they
and each of them executed the above and foregoing deed of
conveyance in the manner and for the uses and purposes therein
contained and expressed and the said Augusta S. Matheson wife of the
said J.D. Matheson being by me first duly questioned and examined
separately and apart from her husband acknowledged that she executed
the said deed for the purpose of relinquishing renouncing and
conveying away all of her Dower and title of every Kind in the
lands therein described and that the same was done and made
by her freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband the said J.D. Matheson

Alachua County } Whereas by and Order of the Circuit Court
of Florida in and for said County sitting in Chancery P.H. Young
was duly appointed a Commissioner with full power authority and
instructions to levy upon take into my possession advertise and
sell at public out cry the property hereinafter described and
conveyed to satisfy a decree of foreclosure of Mortgage made and
entered on the 27th day of February AD 1883 against Legacy Brown
and in favor of Tobias Brown and whereas I the said P.H. Young
as such Commissioner did on the 28th day of February AD 1883
levy upon and take into my possession the said property
hereinafter described and after due and legal advertisements
did on the second day of April AD 1883 (the same being the first
Monday in said month and a legal sale day) expose the said
the said property to sale at public outcry before the Court
House door in the Town of Gainesville in said State and |
