              This Indenture made the 12th day of June in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eighty three between Nancy
Cassels of Gainesville Alachua County State of Florida of the first
part and Pricilla Johnson of the same place of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Twenty five ($ 25.00) Dollars lawful money of the United
State of America to me in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do hereby grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and
assigns forever all that piece of parcel of land lying and Situate
in the town of Gainesville Alachua County in the State of
Florida being a portion of a tract of land Known as the "Arredondo
Grant" and described as follows: Beginning at the North West corner of
Lot Number Twenty Seven (27) as laid down in Brush's addition to
the town of Gainesville in said County and State and running
thence South one hundred feet along the Western boundary of said
lot thence Easterly one hundred feet (100) parallel to the North
Boundary of said lot thence North one hundred feet (100) thence West
one Hundred feet (100) tot he place of beginning containing more
or less one Quarter of an acre. Together with all and Singular
the right privileges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions
