containing five acres of land more or less the same being in section
thirty two of Township Eleven of Range Twenty one in the County of
Alachua & State aforesaid To Have and to Hold the above described lot of
land together with all and singular the houses buildings improvements
and appurtenances to the same belonging unto the said party of the
second part his heirs executors or administrators and assigns in fee

Bowen of Duval County and State of Florida and Daniel Bowen her husband
in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy five
dollars which the said Julia G. Bowen hereby acknowledges She has
received from Geo B. Griffin of Duval County have bargained and sold and hereby give
grant release alien and confirm to the said Geo B. Griffin and to his heirs and assigns
the following land situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit The West one half of lot Ninety (90) of the plat of Windsor as
recorded in Book T of County records on page 426 and 427
