                  County of Alachua} Whereas the Judge of the
Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of the State of in and for
Alachua County at his Chambers in Gainesville Florida on 28th day of
April AD 1885 did make and pass an Order authorizing Alexander H.
Leonard as Guardian duly appointed for Dilly and Samuel Leonard
infants to sell and convey by deed to Nancy H. Duke the interest of
said infants in and to the lands herein after described in consideration
that the said Nancy H. Duke and Samuel V. Duke her husband would
convey unto Nancy Leonard and Dilly and Samuel Leonard the said
infants their one forth interest in and to all of Block (5) Five Range
(4) Four Except the South East corner of said Block fifty feet East
and West and one Hundred Feet North and South and whereas the
said Nancy H. Duke and her husband Samuel V. Duke have conveyed
their interest as aforesaid to the said Nancy Leonard and Dilly and
Samuel Leonard aforesaid in and to all of Block (5) Five Range (4)
Four except the South East corner fifty feet East and west one hundred
feet North and South. Now Know ye that the said Alexander H.
Leonard guardian as aforesaid and and under and by virtue of
the authority vested in him by the Order of the Court aforesaid and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of Five Dollars to him in
hand paid by the said Nancy H. Duke the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged does remise and hereby convey sell unto the said
Nancy H. Duke and to her heirs and assigns all the interest
of said infants in and to the following land situated in the Town of
Gainesville County of Alachua State of Florida Known and
described as a lot of land in the South East corner of Block (5) Five
Range (4) Four of the map of said Town fifty feet East & West and
