the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all that piece of Land lying and being in the town of Hague County
of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows the East half
of lot number fourteen (14) according to plat of said Town of Hague.
Recorded in the Clerks office of Alachua County together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions remainders
and profits thereof and also all the estate title interest possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part To Have and to Hold the above granted and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to their own proper use forever and the said
parties of the first part for themselves heirs executors and administrators doth
covenant to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that
the said parties of the first part at the time of the sealing and delivery
of these presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of and in all and
singular the above described premises with appurtenances and have good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same. And that the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall peaceably
possess the above granted premises with the appurtenances without molestation
or disturbance of the said parties of the first part their heirs or assigns
or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same
and that the same are now free clear discharged and unincumbered
of and from all forever and other grants titles charges estates Judgments
taxes assessments and incumbrances of what nature and Kind
soever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the said
parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend. In Witness Whereof the
said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written.
