                 This Indenture made the Thirtieth day of July in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Five Between Henrietta D.
Cassiday and Francis A.L. Cassiday who Joins with her in this conveyance of her
separate property of the county of Duval and State of Florida of the first part
and John E. Reilly of the county of Rock and state of Wisconsin of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Seventeen Hundred and Ninety ($1790) dollars lawful money of the the United States
of America to them in hand paid by said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that
lot or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows, East half (1/2) of South East quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty
Five (25) Township Seven (7) Range Nineteen (19) and Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8)
and South half (1/2) of Lot Five (5) in Section Thirty (30) Township Seven (7) Range
Twenty (20) containing Three hundred and fifty eight (358) acres more or less the
same having been conveyed from the state of Florida to Henrietta D. Cassiday and the
deed therefor recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
Gainesville Alachua County in Book "B" at Page 222 together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainders and profits
thereof and also all the estate title interest possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part To Have
and to hold the above granted and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to their own proper use
forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves heirs executors and
administrators do covenant to and with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that the said parties of the first part at the time of the sealing
and delivery of these presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of and in all and
