          This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of December in the
year of Our Lord Eight hundred and eighty four by and between Ella
Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband of Palmer Alachua County and State
of Florida of the first part and Louis A. Frey of Washington District of Columbia
party of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand Dollars in lawful money
of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and
conveyed and by these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following
described real estate situate in the State of Florid Alachua County to wit
all that certain piece or parcel of land and premises known and distinguished
as and being Lot numbered and designated as fifty Eight (58) as laid down
on the maps of the Town of Palmer of Alachua and State of Florida
(and which maps were duly recorded in the office of the Circuit Court
of said County of Alachua) Containing Twenty (20) acres more or less and is
ajoining and bounded on the east by Lot (59) conveyed to and owned by
messers Taylor and Almarode on the West by Lot No 57 conveyed and owned by
Carl Roeser Jr of Washing D.C. Together with all the improvements ways
easements rights privileges appurtenances and hereditaments to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining and all the remainders reversions rents issues and
profits thereof and all the estate tight title interest claim and demand
whatsoever either at law or in equity of the said parties of the first part
of in to, or out of the said piece or parcel of land and premises To Have
and to Hold the said piece or parcel of land and premises, with the appurte-
nances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns their sole
use benefit and behoof and the said parties of the first part for Themselves
and for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant promise and
agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and
