in and to the following land viz all of Block Five Range (4) Four according
to the map of the Town of Gainesville except a lot in the south east corner
of said Block fifty feet East and West and one hundred feet North &
South to Nancy Leonard and Dilly & Samuel Leonard infants. Therefore
Know all man by these Presents that Nancy Leonard and A.H. Leonard her
husband who joins to show his assent and confirmation of said deed
of the County of Alachua State of Florida for and in consideration of the
premises and for the further sum of five dollars to them in hand
paid by the said Nancy H. Duke the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ged have granted sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Nancy H. Duke and to her heirs and
assigns all the interest and claim of the said Nancy Leonard in
and to the following land situated in the Town of Gainesville County of
Alachua State of Florida Known and described as follows to wit. A Lot
of land in the South East corner of Block (5) Five Range (4) Four
according to the map of the Town of Gainesville said lot being one
hundred feet North and South and Fifty Feet East West. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging To Have and to Hold the above granted premises unto
the said Nancy H. Duke and to her heirs and assigns forever in
fee Simple And the said Nancy Leonard and A.H. Leonard will their
heirs and assigns shall warrant and defend the title to the interest
in said premises to the said Nancy H. Duke and to her heirs and
assigns forever against the claims of all persons whomsoever claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness whereof they have hereunto

and A.H. Leonard the grantors and persons described in the foregoing
deed who acknowledged before me that they and each of them
executed the foregoing deed for the uses and purposes therein
contained and expressed and the said Nancy Leonard to me well
Known as the wife of the said A.H. Leonard who on an examina=
tion made separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged
before me that she executed the foregoing deed for the purpose
of conveying her separate interest in and to the land in said
deed contained and that she executed the same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
