                    This Indenture made this the First day of August Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty five Between Samuel A. Swann of the
City of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida (unmarried) party
of the first part and Redmond Conyngham of the County of Lancaster
and State of Pennsylvania party of the second part Witnesseth That the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and thirty
nine 40/100 dollars lawful mone of the United States of America to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or Parcel of Land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and Known and described on the public plat of said County as
the East half of the North West quarter of Section Twenty nine in
Township Nine South of Range Twenty two East containing Seventy
nine 80/100 acres (E1/2 of NW1/4 Sec 29 T9 S R22 E 7980 acres) Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belong or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
Estate right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and
to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
