        County of Alachua} Whereas Alexander H. Leonard as
Guardian for Dilly Leonard and Samuel Leonard infants has this day
under and by virtue of the Authority vested in him as such guardian
by the order of the Judge of the Circuit Court in and for said
County and State sold and conveyed to Nancy H. Duke the entire
interest of said infants in and to the following lot of land in
the South East corner of Block (5) Five_Range (4) Four of the map
of said Town of Gainesville East West fifty feet North and South
one Hundred Feet and whereas heretofore Nancy Leonard the Mother of
the said Nancy H. Duke has by good and sufficient deed conveyed
her interest in the above described lot of land to the said Nancy H.
Duke and whereas the said Nancy Leonard has maintained and
educated the said Nancy H. Duke Therefore Know all men by these
presents that the said Nancy H. Duke and Samuel V. Duke who
Joins as husband for the purpose of showing his assent and
confirmation of the same of the County of Alachua State of Florida
in consideration of the sum of five dollars to them in hand paid
by Nancy Leonard and Dilly and Samuel Leonard infants of the
County of Alachua State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Nancy Leonard & Dilly and Samuel Leonard infants all her interest
in a certain tract or parcel of land Situated in the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County State of Florida Known and described as follows to wit
all of Block (5) Five Range (4) Four of the map of said Town except
a lot in the South East corner of said Block containing fifty feet
East and West and One Hundred feet North & South Together with all
