and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Nancy Leonard
and Dilly and Samuel Leonard and to their heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple. And the said Nancy H. Duke and Samuel V. Duke will and
their heirs and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the same unto
the said Nancy Leonard and Dilly and Samuel Leonard their heirs and
assigns forever against the claims and demands of all persons whomsoever
claiming or hereafter to claim the same under by or through them. In

the foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying her separate estate
and interest in and to the land in said deed contained and
that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
