the foregoing deed of conveyance and joined in the same for the purpose
of relinquishing all dower or right of dower in and to the premises described therein
and that the relinquishment of dower was made freely and voluntarily and without

     Alachua County   } This indenture made and entered into this
23rd day of February AD 1885 between Elise W. Haile and Charles E.
Haile her husband and James D. Matheson Trustee for Elise W. Haile
of the first part and Simon B. Doby of the second part all of the
State & County aforesaid Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for & in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
to them in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell & convey unto the said party of the second part all that
certain lot tract piece or parcel of land lying and being situate
in the State & County aforesaid & particularly designated & described
as follows to wit: Beginning at the point where the half mile line
running East & West through Fractional Section three (3) Township
Nine (9) south Range Eighteen (18) East intersects the Western
boundary line of the Arredondo Grant and running thence
West along said half mile line Eight hundred and thirty feet
(830) to the half mile line running North & South through
said Fractional Section three (3) thence North along the
last mentioned half mile line one thousand & fifty 1050 ft.
thence East 830 feet to the Western Boundary line of the
Arredondo Grant thence South along said line 1050 ft to the
point of beginning containing twenty acres of land more
or less together with all rights privileges & appurtenances therein
