           Now all men by these presents that I Daniel D. Wyman
Widower of Johnson County State of Iowa in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid by Indiana Rice of
Alachua County State of Florida do hereby sell and convey unto the said
Indiana Rice and to her heirs and assigns the following described
premises Situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit:
the East half of the South East quarter of the South West quarter of the
North East quarter of section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11) range Eighteen
(18) East. And I do hereby covenant with the said Indiana Rice that
I am lawfully seized of said premises that they are free from incumbrance
that I have a good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same
and I do hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except ____ and the grantor
aforesaid hereby relinquish all contingent rights including rights of Dower
which ___ ha ___ in and to the said described premises. Signed this first
