premises contained in the above and foregoing Deed of Conveyance and also
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars to me in hand paid by C.O. Haughton
hath released relinquished sold and forever Quit Claimed and doth by these
presents release relinquish sell and forever Quit Claim unto the said C.O.
Hampton and to his heirs and assigns forever all my Dower right of Dower
and title of every character whatsoever in and to the property set forth
and described in said deed and every part and parcel thereof together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the said premises
unto the said Charles O. Hampton and to his heirs and assigns forever
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal on this 17th day
of September AD 1885

from her husband acknowledged that she signed sealed & delivered the
above and foregoing relinquishment & renunciation of Dower for the purposes
& uses and in the manner therein stated and, that the same was done & 
Executed by her freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband the Said William Wade
Hampton
