Know all men by these presents that the Florida land and
Improvement company a corporation organized under the laws
of the State of Florida in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
and Fifty three $ 60/100 dollars receipt doth by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto Mrs L A Weeks her
heirs and assigns forever the following described lands to wit. The
West half of the North West quarter of Section Six in Township
Nine South of Range Sixteen East containing according to United
States surveys in the State of Florida Seventy Six $ 79/100 acres
situate in Alachua County Florida. To Have and to Hold unto
the said grantee her heirs and assigns forever. And, the said grantor
for itself and its successors in interest covenants to and with the
said Grantee her heirs and assigns that it is lawfully seized in
for the aforegranted premises that they are free and clear
of all encumbrances that it has the right to sell and convey
the same as aforesaid and that the title to all and singular
the said granted premises it to said grantee her heirs and
assigns against all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof will forever Warrant and defend
