Together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof the said Florida
Southern Railway Company has hereunto caused its corporate
      name to be signed and its corporate seal affixed by its
(Seal) President on the day and year above first written.

    Know All men by these Presents That for the consideration
hereinbefore expressed the New England Trust Company trustees
under a certain Mortgage given by the Florida Southern Railway
Company does hereby forever release and discharge the above
described land from the effect and opperation of said trust
Mortgage and releases and discharges all lien or right to lien upon
said land by reason of said Mortgage. In Witness Whereof the
New England Trust-Company has hereunto caused its corporate
name to be subscribed by its duly authorized agent on the day and
year first above written.

before me Johnn W. Chandler President of the Florida Southern
Railway Company to me well known as the person who executed
the foregoing deed and acknowledged that he executed the same
for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is prayed that the
