          This Indenture made this Twenty Eighth day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty five
by and between Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband of
Palmer Alachua County and State of Florida of the first part
and James N Colvin of the City of Chicago Cook County State
of Illinois party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred Dollars in lawful money of the United States to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
enfeoffed released and conveyed and do by these presents grant
bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the
following described real estate situate in the State of Florida
Alachua County to wit All that certain piece of parcel of land
and premises known and distinguished as and being The South
West quarter of the South West quarter SW1/4 of SW1/4 if Section
Twenty five (25) Township ten (10) Range Eighteen (18) South
and East containing forty acres more or less reserving fifteen
ft (15) on the East side for a Public Road Together with all
the improvements ways easements right privileges appurtenances
and hereditaments to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
and all the remainders reversions rents issues and profits thereof
and all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever
either at law or in equity of the said parties of the first part
of in to or out of the said piece of parcel of land and premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to their sole use benefit and behoof forever
And the said parties of the first part for themselves and for their
heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the first part and
their heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend the said
piece of parcel of land premises and appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns from
and against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof by from under or, through any other
person or persons whomsoever. And further that they the said
parties of the first part and their heirs shall and will at any
