               This Indenture made the twenty first day of June
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty four Between
David L Yulee of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau
and State of Florida and Nanicie C his wife parties of the
first part and Sarah M Young (widow) of the town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released convey and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and known and described on the public maps of
said State as the North West quarter of the North East
quarter of Section Seventeen in Township Eleven South of
Range Eighteen East containing two and one half acres more
or less: (NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec 17.T11.S.R.18E.
Together with all and singular the rights and privileges
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof,
and also all the estate right title interest dower and right of
dower property possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and to Hold the
above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns to her and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever and the said parties of the first part for
themselves and all others holding under them do covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the
