N.C. Yulee to me well Known as the wif of David L. Yulee and
as on the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance who being at the time separate and apart from her
husband the said David L. Yulee did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own
hand subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence.

              Be it remembered that on this twentieth day of August
in the year 1884 before me George T. Curtis Jr. a Commissioner duly
appointed and authorized by the executive authority of Florida under
the laws of said State to take within the State of New York proof
and acknowledgment of deeds etc to be used and recorded in said
State of Florida personally appeared D.L. Yulee to me well known
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing (and
annexed) deed by him sealed and subscribed and the said D.L. Yulee
acknowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my official seal the day and year
