the said Mary E. Rosborough and to her heirs and assigns the
following land situate in the County of Alachua State of Florida
Lot Number 18 located on the West side of Green Street between
Lot 17 and Tallahasse avenue containing four (4) and fifty one
hundredths acres of the Town of Windsor according to the plat
of Mrs M.A. Nobles subdivision recorded in Book "A" page one
(1) of said Alachua County records. Said Town of Windsor is located
in Township Ten South of Range Twenty one East. This Conveyance
is made on and subject to the express condition that no in intoxica-
ting liquors of any Kind shall at any time hereafter be manufactured or
sold by the grantee his heirs or assigns upon the premises herein described
and conveyed to be used as a beverage. And it is expressly provided and
made a condition absolute of these presents that if at any time
hereafter any intoxicating liquors shall be manufactured or sold
by the grantee his heirs or assigns on such premises to be used
as a beverage it shall work a forfeiture thereof and the grantors
and their heirs Shall thereupon have and may exercise the right
to reenter and possess said premises as of their former estate therein
Together with all easements rights of way and appurtenances
general belonging to said land and the Martha A. Nobles and James
nobles covenants with the said Mary E. Rosborough that they have
lawful right to sell and convey the said premises as above they have
done that the said premises free from any lien or incumbrance
in law or in equity and that they will warrant and defend the said
title against the lawful claims and demands of all persons and
the said James Nobles hereby consents with his wife to the alienation
of said land and makes herself a party to this deed for the purpose of
his dower and right of dower. Witness our hands and seals this Twenty

deed of conveyance and Joined in the same for the purpose of relinquish-
ing her dower or right of dower in and to the premises described
