with the said Phillip Miller and his heirs and assigns that he has
in all things pursued the law in bringing said real estate to
sale and that he will and his heirs executors and administrators
shall and will warrant and forever defend the title to the said
interest of the said infants and each of them in and to the above
granted premises and every part and parcel thereof unto the said
Phillip Miller, and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of said infants
and each of them and their and each of their heirs and all
persons claiming to the same by through or under them or each of
them In Testimony Whereof the said Alexander H. Leonard as
Guardian as aforesaid has hereunto set his hand and seal on
this 12th day of June AD 1885
