hundred & Eighty Five between Sylvanus Hitch and his
wife Carrie S. Hitch of the County of Marion & State of
Florida of the first part and Dr C.J. Allred of
the same County & State Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of one Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien release
convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying & Being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida described as follows The West
