separate estate and property in and to the lands herein below described
and by this deed conveyed parties of the first part Have for and
in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred dollars to us in
hand paid by Alonzo M Cushman of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part bargained sold and
conveyed and do by these presents bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Alonzo M Cushman all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida described as commencing
at the North West corner of the lot now owned by SV Nichols
and by her lately purchased from the parties of the first part
in what is known as section Four Township Ten Range Twenty
of the Arredondo Grant within the Corporate limits of the
Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida and running
east from said North West corner of SV Nichols lot (93 1/3)
Ninety three and a third feet thence South one hundred and
seventy three feet thence East Ninety Three and third feet
to the South West Corner of said SN Nichols lot aforesaid thence
North one Hundred and eighty Three feet to the point of
beginning the North West corner of said Nichols lot
together with all and singular the premises hereditaments
and appurtenance thereto belonging or appertaining To Have
and to Hold the same unto him the said Alonzo M Cushman
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and the parties of the first part do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the party of the second
part that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that they have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same: that the
same is free from all incumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that they will and their heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof

this Twenty fifth day of June AD 1885
