said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did make
herself a party to and did sign seal execute and deliver the
foregoing deed of conveyance as one of the grantors therein for
the purpose of conveying her separate estate and property in
the lands therein described and that she signed sealed executed
and delivered the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
