description of the lands so intended to be conveyed: Therefore Know all
men by these presents that we Henry C. Denton and Kate M. Denton his
wife Ella D. Tucker and Samuel C. Tucker her husband Rachael W.
Haile and Benjamin Haile her husband Elvira S. Denton G.L. Denton
F.B. Denton E.B. Denton and J.V. Denton heirs at Law of said Eliza
Denton for the purpose of correcting said Error of description and
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us in hand
paid, Do hereby grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Hartwell
M. Harmon C.W. Forster and A.L. Long the following described piece
parcel or tract of land to wit: The East half of Section Four (4)
Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) S & E in Lieu and instead of
the said East half Section (33) Township Nine (9) Range Nineteen (19)
togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances To Have and to hold the same unto them the
said Hartwell M. Harmon C.W. Forster and A.L. Long their heirs and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever. In Witness whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and seals on this 2nd day of April

Alachua County    }  I hereby Certify that on this 2nd day of
April AD 1884 Before me personally came Mrs Kate M. Denton
wife of H.C. Denton one of the Grantors in the foregoing Conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was made and done
by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
