       County of Anderson          }  Know all Men by these
presents that I Wm. D. Evins in the State aforesaid of County of Anderson
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars to
me paid by Mrs J.B. White in the State of Florida have granted
bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and release unto the said Mrs J.B. White all that lot of land.
Lot No (1) Situate in the Town of Evinson State of Florida County of
Alachua Section 32 Township 11 - Range 21 - and having such
metes and bounds as are laid down on the map of said Town
Together with all and singular the rights numbers hereditaments
and appurtenance to the said premises belonging or in anywise
incdent or appertaining To Have and to Hold all and singular the
premises before mentioned unto the said Mrs J.B. White her liens
and assigns forever And I do hereby bind myself & my heirs executors
and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the
said premises unto the said Mrs J.B. white her heirs and assigns against
myself my heirs and any other person or persons lawfully claiming or
to claim the same or any part thereof Witness my hand and seal
this 12th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty four and in the One hundred and Eighth
year of the sovereignty and Independence of the United States of
America

Frank M. Norris and made oath that he saw the within
named William D. Evins sign seal and as his act and
