consideration of Two Hundred dollars paid being seized in fee simple hereby Grant
Bargain sell and convey with the General Covenants of Warranty unto A.J. Chapman
her heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold in fee simple the following
described real estate in Alachua County Fla to wit Lots (16) sixteen (17) Seventeen
and (18) Eighteen in Block six (6) in the Town of Evinston the same being in
section (32) Township Eleven (11) S of Range Twenty One (21) in Alachua County
which we our heirs our executors and administrators will forever Warrant and
defend hereby relinquishing all right of Dower Courtesy Separate estate
Homesteads and all rights whatsoever in the above premises
