Town of Windsor according to the plat thereof recorded in Book T page
115 of said Alachua County records said Town of Windsor is located in Township
Ten South Range Twenty one East. This Conveyance is made on the subject
to the express condition that no intoxicating liquors of any kind shall
at any time hereinafter be manufactured or sold by the Grantee his
his heirs or assigns upon the premises herein described and conveyed
to be used a beverage And it is expressly provided and made a
condition absolute of these presents that if at any time hereafter any
intoxicating liquors shall be manufactured or sold by the Grantee
his heirs or assigns on such premises to be used as a beverage it
shall work a forfeiture hereof and the Grantor and his heirs shall
thereupon have and may exercise the right to reenter and possess said premises
as of their former estate therein Together with all easements right of way and
appurtenances generally belonging to said land and the said Mary E. Rosborough
covenants with the said Catherine M. Hubbard that she has lawful
right to sell and convey the said premises as above she has done that the
said premises are free from any lien or incumbrance in law or in equity
and that she will warrant and defend the said title against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons and the said J.A. Rosborough
hereby consents with his wife to the Alienation of said land and makes
himself a party to this deed for the purpose of relinquishing his dower
and right of dower. Witness our hands and seals the 23rd day of June
AD 1885

County of Alachua} Be it Known that before me a Notary Public personally appeared
J.A. Rosborough and Mary A. his wife who severally acknowledged that they
executed the foregoing deed for the purpose therein expressed and I further
certify that said Mary A. Rosborough at an examination separate and apart
from her said husband did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed
of Conveyance and Joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing her dower
or right of dower in and to the premises described therein and that said
relinquishment was made freely and voluntarily and without any fear
compulsion or constraint of or from her husband the said J.A. Rosborough
