James Skinner et al Trustees}
                       This Conveyance made the Eighth day of
August Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty five between
Samuel A. Swann of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and State
of Florida (unmarried) party of the first part and James Skinner,
Milton Brown and John Hughes Trustees of the Laurel Hill Cemetery
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to him in
hand paid by the said parties of the second part of the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell
convey and confirm unto, the said parties of the second part and
their successors and assigns forever all those certain tracts of
land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida as Known and described on the public plats of said
County as the South West quarter of the North East quarter of the
South West quarter of the South East quarter and the East half of the
North West quarter of the South West quarter of the South East quarter
of Section Seventeen in Township Eleven South of Range Eighteen
East containing Seven and one half acres

(E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 } Sec 17, T11 S, R 18 7 1/2 acres)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the
second part their successors and assigns to their and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said party of the
first part for himself his heirs executors and administrators does
covenant to and with the said parties of the second part their
successors and assigns that he the said party of the first part
at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully
seized in fee of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
of and in all and singular the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances that the same is
free and clear from all incumbrances of what nature and kind
soever that he has good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same and that he will and his heirs executors and
administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend
