organized under the laws of Great Britain in consideration of the
sum of $99 47/100 Ninety Nine and 47/100 Dollars the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and
conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell and 
convey unto P.W.N. King of the County of Alachua State of
Florida and his heirs and assigns forever the following
described lands to wit the North West quarter of the North
