State of Florida } Be it remembered That on this 16th day of October
County of Duval  } AD 1885 before me R.C. Cooley Notary Public
Personally came James M. Schumacher Known to me to be the person
whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
that he executed the same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
as the act and deed of the said Charles Townsend Murdoch Jan Anne
Langerhuizen Alexander Crum Maclae and Henry John Broughton
Kendall Trustees by him the said James M. Schumacher done
and executed by virtue of a Power of Attorney to him for that
purpose granted bearing date the fifteenth day of November
one thousand eight hundred and eighty four. In Testimony
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official seal the
day and year in this certificate first above mentioned

Florida in consideration of Eight Hundred Dollars paid
being seized in fee simple hereby Grant bargain sell and
convey with the general covenants of warranty unto William B. French
his heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold in fee simple the
following described Real Estate in Alachua County Florida to wit,
Commencing at an Iron Stake (14) feet and (5) inches from the center
of Wind Mill Well Running thence North 89 1/2 degrees West (54) rods to a
stake thence North (53/4 degrees) East (8) rods to a Stake Thence North
(791/2 degrees) East (24) Rods to a Stake thence N (55 3/4 degrees) East (14)
Rods to a Stake thence (18 degrees) East (20) Rods and (10) feet to
a blazed Pine Tree thence South (81 degrees) East (10) rods to a Stake
thence South 30 degrees, East (12) rods S (29) feet to a Post in Wire
fence Thence S 3 degrees East (12) rods (14 1/2)_feet to a Stake thence N 87 degrees
West (4) rods (11 3/4)_feet thence South 3/4 degrees West (12) rods 7 feet
to point of beginning containing Seven (7 1/4) and a quarter acres
of land which we our heirs our executors and administrators
will forever Warrant and defend hereby Relinquishing all rights
of Dower Courtesy Separate Estate Homestead And all other rights
