discharge and liquidation of the principal and interest to date of the
sum covenanted to be paid in the writing of record in Book. J.
page 49 aforesaid as well also of all Claims or demands we have against
said Walls to date arising out of said Two writings first above mentioned
And all proceedings whether in action or Judgment base or indicated
upon either of said writings and both of which we do now declare annulled
