taxes and assessments due or to become due on the lands tenements
and hereditaments aforesaid until the same shall be sold and
disposed of and by and with the residue or net proceeds of such
sales and collections the said party of the second part shall pay and
discharge all the private and individual debs of the said party
of the first part whether due or to grow due prorata share and Share
alike according to their respective amounts and lastly the said party
of the second part shall return the surplus of the said net
proceeds and avails if any their shall be to the party of the
first part and the party of the first part for the purposes
of carrying out this trust does make and appoint the said
party of the second part and his executors administrators
and assigns his true and lawful attorney irrevocable with
full power and authority to do transact and perform all
acts deed matters and things which can or may be necessary
in the premises and Attorneys one or more under him to
make nominate and appoint with full power of substitution
and revocation hereby ratifying and confirming all and
everything whatsoever that my said Attorney and his Attornies
shall do or cause to be done in the premises. The said party
of the second part does hereby accept the trust
created and reposed in him by this instrument and
covenants and agrees to and with the said party of
the first part that he will faithfully and without
delay execute the said trust according to the best of
of his skill Knowledge and ability. In Witness
