  Chatham Co        }  Know all men by these presents that
we Wm E. Alexander & Son of the above State & County for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred & fifty Dollars to us in
hand paid by Jno L. Howard of the City of Jacksonville and State
of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge have
bargained sold and released and by these presents doth grant
sell convey and release unto the said Jno L. Howard
all of that certain lot tract or parcel of land situated and being
in the town of Micanopy State of Florida and County of Alachua
said lot or tract of land being at the making of this indenture
free from any Mortgage lien or other incumbrance or any other
claim whatsoever except that vested by lawful deed and title in us
the said Wm E. Alexander & Son Said lot or parcel of land being
Known as the "Neal office lot" and bounded on the South by
lot claimed by J.M. Feaster now owned by Thos Mc Curdie On
the East by lot J.H. Stokes on the North by lot of Thos F. King
and on the West by the Public square said lot extending fifty
(50) feet on the North & South line and one hundred and Eighty
five (185) feet on the east and West lines Together with all
and singular the improvements tenements hereditaments to the
same belonging or anywise appertaining to have and to hold
the above described property unto the said Jno L. Howard his
heirs and assigns in fee simple forever. In Testimony Whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and seal this 25th day of December 1882
