Chatham Co        } Know all men by these presents that on this 26th
day of Dec 1882 personally came before me Mrs Harriet B. Alexander to me
well Known as the wife of Wm E. Alexander being examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says that she hereby relinquishes all of
her claim and right of dower in and to the foregoing described tract or
parcel of land of her own free will and accord and without fear of
constraint of or from her said husband and that in witness whereof she
hereto sets her hand and seal this day and date above written

and authorized by the Executive authority of the State of Florida
under the laws of said State to take within the State of Georgia
proof and acknowledgment of deeds etc to be used and recorded in
said State of Florida William E. Alexander and George R.
Alexander to me well Known to be the persons composing the firm
of William E. Alexander and Son and the said William E. Alexander
and George R. Alexander Co Partners as aforesaid composing the firm
of William E. Alexander and Son acknowledged the execution
of said deed to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my official seal in Savannah in the
County of Chatham and State of Georgia this twenty sixth
day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and Eighty two
