   City and County of New York} Know all men by these presents
that we Woodruff Morris & Co of the City of New York aforesaid
which said firm is composed of the following named parties viz.
Albert G. Woodruff and Francis J. Morris and our respective wives
Mary Woodruff and Mary Louise Morris and C.S. Parsons & Sons
of the City of New York aforesaid which said firm is composed
of the following named parties viz Clement S. Parsons Clement
Parsons Jr John H. Parsons Henry C. Parsons and Edward
Parsons and our respective wives. B. Elenor Parsons Julia D. Parsons
Sallie H. Parsons and Florence S. Parsons for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by W.M.
Knox of the Town of Micanopy County of Alachua and State of
Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant
sell and convey unto the said W.M. Knox all that certain
lot tract or parcel of land situate and being in the town of
Micanopy County of Alachua and State of Florida said lot
or tract of land being at the making of this Indenture free from
any Mortgage lien or other incumbrance or any other claim
whatever except that vested by lawful deed and title in us the
said Woodruff Morris & Co and C.S. Parsons & Sons Said lot or
parcel of land being Known as the Neal office lot and
bounded on the South by lot claimed by J.M. Feaster now owned
by Thomas McCredie on the East by J.H. Stokes on the North
by lot of Thos F. King and on the West by Public Square
said lot extending (50) fifty feet on the North and South line
and (185) one hundred and Eighty five feet on the East and West
lines together with all and singular improvements tenements
hereditaments to the same belonging or anyway appertaining
to have and to hold the above described property unto the
said W.M. Knox his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever
In Testimony Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seal
this tenth day of October AD 1884
