these presents do grant bargain sell remise release convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs 
and assigns forever all that certain lot or parcel of land lying 
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described 
as follows to wit: All of the West half of the South West quarter of 
the North West quarter of Section Thirty (30) of Township Ten (10) 
South of Range Nineteen (19) East Containing twenty (20) acres 
more or less according to plat of the United States Survey of
said Township. Together with all and singular the tenements 
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any 
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate 
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever 
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in 
and to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof 
with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold all and singular the 
above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances 
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And 
the said parties of the first part for themselves and their successors 
as Trustees as aforesaid binding themselves however only to the 
extent of their trust property the above described and hereby 
granted and released premises and every part and parcel 
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns against the said parties 
of the first part and their successors and against all and every person 
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall 
and will warrant and by these presents forever defend. In Witness 
Whereof the said parties of the first part by Edward Robert Trafford 
and William Beardall their attornies in fact have hereto set their
