                   This indenture made the 9th day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty five between John F. Goodson and Mary A. Goodson
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and Thomas J. McRae and John W. McRae of the firm of T.J.
McRae Brother of the same State and County of the second
part witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by said parties of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof if hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
remise release convey and confirm unto the said parties of
the second part and their heirs and assigns forever all
that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
Known on the Plat of the Town of West Melrose as the
South half of Lot numbered one (1.) Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainders and profits thereof and
also all the estate title interest possession claim and demand
whatsoever as will in law as in equity of the parties
of the first part To Have and to Hold the above granted and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns to his
and their own proper use forever And the said parties of
of the first part for their heirs executors and administrations
do covenant to and with the said parties of the second part
