and set over and by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and
assign and transfer and set over unto the said James E. Alexander and to
his heirs and assigns forever all and singular the lands tenements and
hereditaments lying and Situated in Alachua County State of Florida
particularly described as follows to wit: beginning at the NW Corner
of Section 31 Township Nine (9) South of Range Nineteen (19)
East and running South along the Western boundary line of said
Section Eight hundred and seventy (870) feet thence East Nine hundred
and Eighty five (985) feet to a Stake which is the point of beginning
and the North West Corner of the lot to be described and hereby conveyed
and from said point of beginning running South Two hundred
and Eighty (280) feet Thence East Two hundred and Fifty (250)
feet thence North Two hundred and Eighty (280) feet thence West
Two hundred and fifty feet (250 feet) to the said North West Corner
Stake saving and excepting therefrom the West half of said
lot which is owned by A.L. Stringfellow also the entire
Stock of General merchandise owned by us and now
in the Store house situated on the above described lot
of land consisting of Dry goods groceries Etc Etc together
with the store furniture and fixtures together with all
the bills bonds notes accounts and claims due us. This
assignment embraces all our property real and personal
owned by us wherever the same may be to have and to hold
the same and every part and parcel thereof unto the
said James E. Alexander his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in trust for the following uses and purposes that
is to say that the said James E. Alexander shall take
possession of all and singular the lands tenements and
hereditaments property goods and merchandise bills
notes accounts choses in action and personal property
and effects hereby assigned and dispose of the same upon
such terms and conditions as in his Judgment may
be Just and for the best interest of all parties concerned
and convert the same into money and also to collect all and
singular the debts dues bills bonds notes and accounts due
to us and collectable and thereupon to execute acknowledge
and deliver all necessary conveyances and instruments for
the purposes aforesaid and by and with the proceeds
of such Sales and collections the said James E. Alexander
shall first pay and disburse all the Just and reasonable
expenses costs charges commission and attorneys fees
incurred in executing and conveying into effect the
