  J.D. Young as Administrators of the Estate of Maria C.
Young, having in his life time sold certain lands described
in said Order and whereas the said J.D. Young has deceased
and W.P. Whitney is administrator of his estate He the
said Whitney is authorized to carry out any contract
made by his intestate in the sale of said lands and to
make good and sufficient titles to the same

    Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the 23d day of September AD 1885 by and
between P. Henry Young and his wife Kate R. Young
of the aforesaid County and State parties of the first
part and Fannie M. Mills of the same place party of
the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars to them cash in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents grant bargain sell convey and
forever quit-claim unto her the said party of the second
part and to her heirs and assigns forever all that certain
lot tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows to wit Beginning at a Stake
on the Western boundary line of Fractional section Seven
(7) in Township Eleven (11) South Range (20)_Twenty East which
is located near the half mile Stake on said Section line and
at the South edge of Paynes Prairie and running thence East
