(25) Twenty five chains to a Stake thence North Eighteen (18) chains to
the waters edge of Payne's Prairie Thence South Sixty Nine (69) Degrees
West Twenty Seven (27) chains and Fifty (50) Links to the Western boundary
line of Said Fractional section at or near the "Old Gate post thence
south along said section linen to the point of beginning containing
by estimation Thirty Three (33) acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the right tenements hereditaments and appurtenances-
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to
hold the above granted and described premises and every part
and parcel thereof unto the said party of the second part
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns forever In

his wife Kate R. Young each of whom being to me well Known
did severally acknowledge that they and each of them executed
the above and foregoing deed in the manner and for the uses and
purposes therein contained and expressed and the said Kate R.
Young wife of the said P.H. Young being by me first duly
questioned and examined separately and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she executed said deed for the purpose of
relinquishing and renouncing all of her dower and right of
dower in and to the property therein conveyed and that the
same was done and made by her freely voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband the said P. Henry Young
