             This Indenture, Made this 2d day of November
AD Eighteen hundred & Eighty five (1885) between Oscar A. Myers of Gainesville
Alachua County State of Florida as Commissioner party of the first part
and Walter A. Drake of Baker County in said State of the second part
Witnesseth that whereas by virtue of an order of the Hon. J.C. Gardner
Judge of the County Court of Alachua County Florida Said Q.A. Myers was
duly appointed Commissioner to sell certain pieces parcels or lots
of land which were of the Estate of B.H. Gurgarrus Deceased and
Whereas the premises hereinafter described of said Estate were
duly advertised by said Commissioner to be sold before the Court
House door at Gainesville said County on Monday the 2d day of
November AD 1885 and the said Commissioner did on said day
offer the same for sale at said place between the legal hours of
sale at public outcry according to law and sold the pieces or lots
of land hereinafter described to Walter A. Drake as aforesaid who
was the highest and best bidder therefor he having bid the sum
of $ 200.00 Now therefore Know Ye that I Oscar A. Myers as
Commissioner by virtue of the authority as aforesaid party of the
first part in consideration of the payment by said Walter A. Drake
party of the second part of the sum of Two hundred Dollars the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have sold granted and
conveyed and by these presents doth sell grant and convey
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all & Singular the following pieces or lots of land Known
and described as Lot Number Six (6) in Block Number twenty
(20) of the Town of Waldo according to the survey of said Town
