Made by P.W. O Connor in 1870 also Lots Number One (1) Two (2)
Three (3) Four (4) Five (5) Six (6) Seven (7) and the E 1/2 of Lot Eight (8)
in Section Three (3) of Township Eight (8) South of Range Nineteen (19)
East containing 585 44/100 acres more or less according to the
surveys of the United States and lying and being in said
County and State together with all and singular the tenements
thereon and the hereditaments thereto belonging and all the rights
title and interest of the said decedent therein And the same to
have and to hold as fully as I, the said Commissioner by virtue
of the authority aforesaid might could or ought to sell grant
and convey the said premises and appurtenances in
pursuance of the statutes of the State in such cases made and
provided. Given under my hand and seal this 2d day of November

part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars lawful
