         This Indenture made this the 26th day of November in the Year
1853 between David Mizell of the first part and M.S. Perry of the
Second part both of Alachua County State Florida witnesseth that
the said party of the ^first^ part for and in consideration of the sum of
Three Hundred and Forty five Dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained Sold and transferred and do hereby grant bargain
sell and transfer to the said M.S. Perry his heirs and assigns forever
a certain tract of land situated in Section Six Township Eleven of Range
Twenty two containing one Hundred & fifteen Acres said land having for
its western boundary the Range line, for its Southern boundary the
Road leading from Palatka to Micanopy To have and to hold to said
M.S. Perry his heirs & Assigns forever with the Right and Appertanances 
thereto belonging and the said party of the first part the said land
above described unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns will forever warrant and defend against all and every person
whomsoever. Witness my hand and seal the day and Year above written
