Know all men by these presents that I Mary Mizell wife of the within mentioned
David Mizell do hereby relinquish my right of dower in the Certain tract of land
Conveyed by the foregoing Indenture to M.S. Perry. In Witness whereof I have

four between David Mizell administrator of the goods & chattels rights &
credits of William H. Carpenter Deceased late of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part and M.S. Perry of the County aforesaid of the
Second part Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of
Seven hundred ninety dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of
the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
party of the first part as administrator aforesaid has given granted bargained
sold & Conveyed and by these presents does so give grant bargain sell
