and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs & Assigns the
following mentioned & described plantation or parcel of land Situate in the
County aforesaid & Known & described as follows to wit: Four hundred and Sixty acres
of land more or less in Section Six of Township eleven of Range Twenty two, Sold
by the said Mizell as Administrators aforesaid in persuance of the order of
his honor William A. Forward Judge of the Circuit Court for the Eastern Circuit
Fla in the matter of the application of David Mizell administrator of the
estate of William H. Carpenter Deceased to sell real Estate &C and dated
the fourth of May in the Year one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
To Have & To Hold the said above mentioned and described plantation together
with all and singular the houses buildings improvements and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the
Second part his heirs executors administrators & Assigns to his & to their own
proper use & behoof in fee simple forever And the said party of the first part
covenants with the said party of the Second part his heirs & Assigns
that he is duly empowered to convey the same to the said party of the
second part as aforesaid: that he has in all things observed the rules
and directions of the law in the said Sale and that he will and his
heirs & Assigns against all persons claiming by or under the said William
H. Carpenter deceased or against himself the said David Mizell but against
no other persons In Witness whereof the said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand as administrator as aforesaid & affixed his seal on the
day & the Year first above written & delivered the same in the
presence of

& for the County aforesaid David Mizell who acknowledges that he executed
